14-day window

• Full refund if requested within 14 days and no significant support implementation work has been performed.
• If substantial support implementation has already started, we may offer a partial refund.

How to request

• Email support@voiddo.com from the same address used at checkout.
• Include your Paddle transaction ID.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (merchant of record).
